Why Choose Hidden Smiles for your orthodontic needs?

If you think back to the last orthodontic visit you or your child had, you may recall being overwhelmed by the office bustling with activity, as multiple staff members and assistants attend to doctors, patients and families. Once you check in with the front desk you scan the waiting room for a place to sit with you and your child(ren) as you wait for your name to be called.   At Hidden Smiles Orthodontics things are done a bit differently.

At Hidden Smiles Orthodontics, we do our best to recognize that you have a lot on your plate and take your appointment time very seriously. We strive to get you seated at your scheduled time or within 10 minutes of your appointment time.  You then get your orthodontic needs met and can continue with the rest of your day. We want your experience with us to be quick and easy. We also participate with most PPO insurances and keep our fees competitive to allow everyone to have access to the orthodontic care of their choosing.   We have interest free financing to help with affordability and do our very best to make our care accessible to anyone interested.

We keep it simple because we want to focus on each patient and devote as much time to that person as needed. Dr. Parikh sees all of her patients  every appointment, whereas most practices are too busy to have the doctor see every patient.   Although our practice experiences its share of busy periods (especially during our peak after school hours), our overall feel is relaxed, welcoming and focused. Seeing a limited number of patients each day allows her to focus on each patient’s unique needs efficiently and allows for effective communication.  Patients are able to complete their orthodontic treatment in the time that we estimated that it would take to finish – and in less visits than other practices.

Dr. Parikh says, “Interaction and watching my patient’s confidence grow are my favorite aspects of the profession. As an orthodontist, I see my patients on a more routine basis compared to a general dentist, so I truly get to develop long-term relationships with my patients and their families. To me, these relationships are very valuable and meaningful. I see every patient’s mouth as a new puzzle and challenge.  I love that I can make a patient’s mouth look completely different in just 6 months.”
